Dolores Hernandez

Dolores Hernandez, LBSW, has more than 26 years experience working in the social work field. Since April 2010, Dolores Hernandez, has served as the Program Manager, for the LA VIDA Partnership.  The LA VIDA Partnership is a community program of CHASS Center that provides culturally and linguistically appropriate domestic violence and sexual assault intervention and prevention programs and services targeted to Latino/a youth and families in Southwest Detroit and Southeast Michigan.  Previously, in August of 2000, Dolores held the position of Family Support Coordinator for the LA VIDA Partnership. Providing short term direct services, court advocacy, translations, and training of agency-based service providers. Dolores Hernandez also served as a Medical Social Worker at the Community Health and Social Services (CHASS) Center for six years.
